Location is the best. Room was neat and bathroom very clean. Very helpful staff made a great itinary for sights in Istanbul.Best Part of the hotel is the views from roof terrace. Simply loved.Be sure of taking fantastic photos.

Like everywhere in the city the hotel suffers from street noise, crowded neighbourhoods and small rooms, but if you accept that, then this place has everything you need; good air con, roof terrace for breakfast and any other time, nice food and as much as you want. The stand out are the staff. They couldn't be nicer and so helpful - I loved my time here.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Due to a sudden death in my immediate family, my partner and I were no longer able to travel to Turkey and keep our booking. When I requested cancellation and explained the extremely difficult circumstances behind the cancellation I received a very cold response informing me that in future I should book the refundable option. This was extremely upsetting, and when I called the hotel to request further explanation of their response and asked for the hotel to grant a partial refund, the gentleman who took my call interrupted me and spoke over the top of me. I was stunned and hurt by the lack of compassion shown by their employees and the manner in which this situation was handled.

Photos Non conforme, attention, Arnaque garantie, j'ai dû partir le lendemain. Insalubrité, saleté, hygiène absent. Vue dégueulasse, je vous déconseille cet hôtel. Patron malhonnête, n'a pas voulu me rembourser. J'ai réservé via ***********, mais il n'a pas voulu me rembourser. Donc j'étais dans l'obligation d'écourter mon séjour à Istanbul à cause de lui, car j'étais avec un enfant de 2 ans et je me suis retrouvé à la rue. Il est absolument malhonnête ce monsieur Cesar si je ne me trompe pas. Il existe des commentaires positifs, mais je ne comprends pas comment, je vais vous partager les photos de cet hôtel et je vous laisse faire votre avis afin d'éviter un cauchemard lors de votre séjour.

Small decent hotel in a good tourist location.
The Hotel is small and decent, situated in a quiet end street. It is 7-10 minutes walk from the Tram station, main mosques and the Basilica hence convenient to go around in the main tourist areas. There are lot of restaurants in the street along the hotel. The staff at the hotel is very good and helpful. The breakfast is decent and enough. The view of the sea from the terrace is beautiful. Rooms, bedding and linen are clean. The standard single room is quite small and tight with little space for movement. The bathroom and toilet seat are very close with not much space to sit comfortably. Overall good for the price.
