Hello to everyone who is in search of hotel I have stayed hear for 3 nights and the staff are very welcoming, kind and helpful they will give you correct information to help in any way possible, the location is very good close to everything you need and visit also there is a mosque opposite the hotel which was perfect for me for morning and evening prayers, the breakfast is also good and fresh and the lady is very nice in the kitchen. As for the room it was clean and tidy and a nice view from the roof top. Overall I am very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel and a big thank you to all the staff there

Sconsiglio vivamente, stanze micro, bagno micro, le stanze non sono mai state rifatte e tantomeno cambiati gli asciugamani. I miei amici non avevano la carta igienica nel bagno. Asciugacapelli non funzionanti. Colazione misera. I ragazzi alla reception non erano in grado di aiutare, si limitavano a dire che non era colpa loro...che pena.

Qualquer motel vagabundo em SP é melhor Recepcao horrivel que a pessoa mal fala ingles, portas tao pesadas que os vizinhos aos soltarem ou nao aguentarem estremece o hotel todo, cafe da manha bonzinho, mas com funcionarios pessimos e mal atendimento. Bem localizado e!, mas chuveiro com cor amera, frigobar nao funciona, espelunca mesmo !!! ( e olha que viajo pra qualquer lugar e durmo em camping e motorhome) mas esse nao da. Deixei meu brinco cair em Baixo da cama e fui pegar! Meu Deus!!! O jotel nao e varrindo a anos em baixo da cama, um nojo! Nao recomendo gente, por mais barato que seja, procure outro! Pro bem de voces

Absolutely vile place, staff are rude, rooms smell and are very dirty. Bedding isn’t clean (hairs/stains) fridge smells disgusting. When I raised a complaint, the hotel staff moved me to another filthy room. When I raised a further complaint with the staff again, reiterating that this room too wasn’t clean & I wanted a refund. They refused to provide a refund even though I was staying for 3 nights (and didn’t stay one). And as a result, I ended up booking another hotel for 3 nights (even when escalating via ***********). Questionable management, questionable staff. Seriously questioning the accuracy of the other reviews on this & other sites. - to the hotel staff, please treat your customers better. Save yourself the trouble & book elsewhere.

TO RUN AWAY!!!! Dishonest establishment!!!! We had booked a triple room, we finally got a double room, tiny. The establishment refused to refund us and to give us the room we had booked on the pretext that they were full. Neither compensation nor repair. We contacted Booking to inform them of this problem because we have never encountered this before, and the hotel staff told Booking that it was us who had chosen and accepted the double room. What a shame. Every day they told us to come back tomorrow for a change of room, they made us go around in circles. They are dishonest people. The room we had was tiny, moving around as a couple was complicated, not to mention the shower.. Hygiene-wise, a horror, what's more, the cleaning lady comes very quickly to pull the sheet, we had a cushion without protection for several days. The state of the fridge is disgusting. For the price, you will find much more honest and much better elsewhere!

Avoid This Hotel – Dirty Water, Noisy, and Poor Service I had a terrible stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. First, the water from the sink was dirty, which is completely unacceptable. The room was extremely small and felt cramped. To make things worse, it was very noisy because all the air conditioning units were placed right outside the window. This meant we couldn’t even open the window due to the constant loud noise. The breakfast was disappointing—if you arrive at 9:00 AM, there’s often barely anything left. On top of that, one of the female chefs always looked angry and made us feel uncomfortable. The location is also a major issue. The hotel is down a steep hill, making it very difficult to reach, especially with luggage. It was exhausting to go up and down every time. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would never stay here again. Definitely not worth the money!
