The rooms under ground , no windows just closed glass in first floor ( street floor ) we paid £57 for 2 nights ( they wrote there are £110 discount)!!! I noted that what I paid more than that underground prison room …. Really not nice experience. Taxi refuse to go inside for the bad broken and tight streets around in that very poor zone … I think 2 stars so much for that place.. staff friendly and helpful.

The sewer in the bathroom where I first lived kept stinking, and the smell was particularly strong. I found the old man at the front desk, and he confirmed that the smell was very strong, but said there were no rooms available and he couldn't change rooms. We asked for a room upgrade, but he had a bad attitude and said we had to pay 70 euros per night. When I wanted to check out, he said I could leave as I pleased, but he would not refund my money. After arguing for a few words, they wanted to kick us out, and kept saying "check out please!" We wanted to talk to the manager but he said it would be tomorrow. Finally, with the intervention of Ctrip customer service, he contacted the manager and agreed to upgrade his room. Despite this, the experience was very poor. Also, the hotel is much further from the metro station than it looks, in a small alley and a long steep downhill walk to get there. Be careful when pulling boxes.
