IN BRIEF: The hotel is not worth your attention, unless you are going to Istanbul for 1 night. IN DETAIL: We spent exactly a week at the hotel, so the assessment will be as objective as possible. I booked this hotel because I liked the photos of the rooms in the old building (I wanted a building with history and the vibe of the Sultanahmet district), and the location was fine. I will say right away that the photos of the hotel DO NOT correspond to reality. I booked a standard room. In the booking description it was written that the room either with 1 large bed or with 2 small ones. Upon check-in, we were given a room with 3 (!!) single beds, and the receptionist himself seemed to understand that this was not very normal. The room is large, but all the space is eaten up by these three beds and an old sofa. All the furniture is shabby, as is the room itself. The bathroom was simply shocking, mold in the cubicle is just everywhere, in every seam of the tiles and the cubicle itself, terrible. The cabin itself had been repaired many times and in a hurry, which is evident from the thick smears of sealant, which is also covered in fungus. Washing in such a shower is most likely dangerous to your health. Seeing our bewilderment, the receptionist offered another room in the new building, which, according to him, was much better, without any extra charge, but with the condition of writing a review. New building. It is newer, neater and for us its advantages end. We were given a room with a balcony and again with three sleeping places, although there was no request for this. The furniture in the room is better, but far from new. There was a refrigerator, but it did not work) Fungus in the bathroom is also in much smaller quantities, but it is still there. There is no kettle in the room or any dishes at all, not even a glass for toothbrushes. We asked for a kettle at the reception, but they didn't give us any cups, they said that they simply didn't have any, although the hotel has its own cafe for breakfast)) We bought cups ourselves in the store... . By the way, there is no drinking water anywhere, not on the floors, not at the reception, not in the room, only for money)) The bed linen is living out its long life, it has holes and is in pellets!!))) Of course, I didn't expect this. Horror. The icing on the cake for you will be the thinnest walls, if your neighbor likes to chat on the phone at night, is a night owl, snores or likes to fall asleep with the TV, then you will not be able to sleep. The walls are so thin that you hear everything, absolutely everything that happens behind the wall. We had all the listed neighbors or one who combined all the features Service. In a week, they changed the towels three times, took away the trash and made the bed, that's it. The bed linen was worn out and leaky and had not been changed in a week. Perhaps there was wet cleaning, but we did not notice. And about the location. The hotel may be located in close proximity to Sultanahmet Square, but you will have to walk through various garbage ruins, dubious narrow streets where the police are regularly on duty. There are no adequate cafes nearby where you could have a tasty snack at reasonable prices, the nearest ones are in the area of ​​the Eminonu station. It's up to you to decide, but my advice to you is to look for something else, there are plenty of offers!

The towels were dirty and had black spots on them. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the water in the shower room was full before the water was even hot, so I had to give up and not take a shower in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is not ideal. Although it is close to the attractions, it is far from public transportation and requires a lot of walking. The facilities in the room are not perfect.
