The worst hotel and the worst staff. We were robbed by the staff themselves and they tried to lie, but after threatening the police, all the stolen items were returned. The air conditioning was turned off several times and the lights were turned off many times. The breakfast is very bad. An experience that will never be repeated.

The hotel is good. However, the service wasn't that good, they have a sister hotel in front of and it is much better than this one. You can use the facilities of the other one and when we used it, the staff and the service we had was much better. I asked to fix an issue in my room and it took 2 days to be fixed. The location and the restaurant was great though.

The only positive thing about the hotel is its location. The rest was irritating: the room on the 4th floor had a sloping ceiling down to the bed. We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in February 2025. The positive points: -the location near the tourist monuments, possibility to do everything on foot or by transport easily. -The hotel lobby is cozy there is a glass wood fire perfect for resting after a walk in the cold -Comfortable bed, good quality cushions. -Top room staff, kindness and efficiency. The negative points: -A lot of noise until late at night and again in the morning around 6am in the corridors (slamming doors, cleaning, furniture pulled out, etc.) we were on the 4th floor, the last before the restaurant on the 5th. -Nauseating sewer smells day and night coming from the bathroom -No 5-star service, in 5 days we had someone to open the door to the hall with our suitcases on arrival only, there is no exchange with the staff to organize your departure (suitcase, doorman, ..) in case of heavy rain do not ask for an umbrella there is none -Breakfast with little choice but the bread is good (instant coffee) -Price of ***** services (transfer to the airport, price of room service, excursions, price of massages) -The spa is not in the Sura Design hotel but in the hotel opposite
