Very bad customer service , especially the restaurant employee, are rude. They can not speak English well , only respition understand English. Very bad view ( unfinished building) only location was good . Not 5 start, mostly 3. Never going there .

Avoid this hotel at all costs .. the worst experience ever.
I spent 3 nights there and everyday had a different problem, from the room in the lobby which you can’t sleep to the missing towels in the room to the fire alarm in the middle of the night.
Will never be back to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is very excellent, the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. There is only one problem, which is that the king rooms in the other building without a view have darkened windows because the rooms are located on an unfinished building.
