The hotel had 4 stars, but it didn’t live up to that rating. The staff were good, and the cleanliness was average. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee tasted like water, and there wasn’t anything special about the breakfast selection.

Good hotel, nice staff. The location is excellent, near the subway, metro to the Asian side and tram line T1, which is very necessary for tourists. Many attractions are within walking distance. Breakfasts are monotonous, but not terrible, we ate with pleasure. The rooms are a little tired, but the price is not at all space.

Very helpful staff. Well located hotel, quiet and clean. Metro not far from the sites to visit and the city center.
There is no restaurant in the hotel in the evening. Just a shame when we come back from a day of sightseeing.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Istanbul, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The cleanliness left much to be desired—dust was noticeable in the room, and it didn’t feel properly maintained. The lack of basic facilities was disappointing as well. Essentials like a kettle and an iron weren’t included and had to be paid for separately, which felt inconvenient and unnecessary.
The food was just average, with no authentic Turkish dishes offered, which was a letdown. On top of that, the reception staff was quite pushy, constantly trying to sell their transfer services, making the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel could greatly improve its cleanliness, amenities, and customer service.
