We booked this hotel after reading their reviews. Nothing like what we hoped for. The hotel is being renovated whilst you are there. Air cons are so noisy that you can barely get any sleep at night. Damaged fixtures all around. From lights that barely work to leaking shower head. The bathroom is mouldy and not fit for purpose. When you are having a shower, on the ground floor, there is no what pressure, TV is ancient and doesn't work at all, when we asked them to look at it we were informedthat there is no aeria, fridge in the room is cooler and you cant keep any food in it or have copd drinks in your room, during 8 days stay our bedding never got changed...... too many negative points to mention. We even got locked out of the hotel as the receptionist decided to go upstairs and lock the door and again, not even a doorbell to use. There is no free breakfast either. Regarding service, without naming anyone, you'll see 3 receptionists, and some are at least trying to help, and others couldn't care less.

Hôtel simple (équivalent 2-3* français) et confortable avec personnel accueillant, ayant une localisation idéale (5 min du front de mer à pied) dans le Istanbul historique permargabt le petit déjeuner face a la mer, à 5 min a pied de la Mosquée Bleue, 10min du Centre ville et autres monuments

Grim lugt på gangene og væggelus
Værelser er gode, men der er en grim lugt i hotellet: på gangene og på badeværelset, men ikke værelserne. Fik først værelse i stuen, men der var væggelus: fandt 3 indenfor få minutter, kun en halv time efter vi var flyttet ind. Fik straks andet værelse, uden væggelus, men så to kakkerlakker i løbet af opholdet. Køleskabet køler ikke meget. Der tales flydende engelsk i receptionen, og de er hjælpsomme, men forstod ikke rigtigt problemet med at finde morgenmad. Inden for 5 minutter af 2 historiske moskeer: en af Sinan, og en konverteret kirke fra 536.

Pleasant Traditional Hotel
Very happy with my stay here. The location was ideal, just a 5 minutes or so walk from the most famous must see attractions of Istanbul.

Pleasant and Excellently Situated Tourist Hotel
Very pleasant hotel with extremely helpful staff situated within easy walking district of the most popular tourist attractions - Hagia Sofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace etc. Not the lap of luxury but extremely good value at the price.

It was a fantastic stay. The staff was super helpful. Ali gave us an excellent overview of the city and all the tourist spots. Even gave us tips to save money in shopping and dining. Gave free maps. Arranged sunset bosphorous cruise tour and airport pickup for us. I couldnt have asked for a better and more helpful person esp while travelling with my family with 3 under 10 kids.
The hotel is conveniently located within 5-10 min walk of Sultan Ahmet square. Surrounded by many shops and restaurants. It was an excellent decision to pick this hotel over others as there were many options when I was making reservation. I highly recommend it.

Dreckig und Heruntergekommen
Badezimmer dreckig, Dusche alt, dreckig und verbraucht.
Fugen sind Teilweise schwarz (Schimmel). Die decke hat auch schon einen Wasserschaden gesehen. Allgemein ist das Badezimmer heruntergekommen, hier müsste Renoviert werden.
Zudem gibt es kein Frühstück, obwohl das in der Beschreibung steht.
