The price/performance ratio is not high. After all, it is a 5-star hotel in Türkiye and the location is average.
Other hotels are more cost-effective, and the price with or without breakfast is too different. I don't understand 😄

We had room 73. Shower sprayed everywhere except where it was supposed to spray. This was resolved after our complaint, but the shower door does not close the shower cabin, causing water to flow into the bathroom and sleeping accommodation. As a result, my wife slipped in the bathroom and suffered a bruised foot, arm and back. We had imagined a different stay, but no apologies were made.

The stay is my home away from home. This is the second time I chose the stay for my yearly visit to Istanbul. Very strategic location and excellent price. Hakan deserves 5 stars for his prompt responses and wonderful suggestions. The hotel is very homey and cozy

Nişantaşı’nda gerçekleştireceğimiz bir buluşma için, konum avantajı nedeniyle bu oteli tercih ettim. The Stay'e adım attığım andan itibaren personelin (güvenlik - bellboy - resepsiyon) güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımıyla karşılaştım. Odanın genişliği ve otelin merkezi konumu beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Ancak, odadaki halılarda bazı lekeler göze çarpıyordu; bu detayın artık yenilenme zamanı geldiğini düşünüyorum. Bunun dışında, 1 gecelik konaklamam süresince herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım. Bu bölgede tekrar işim olursa, hiç düşünmeden tercih edeceğim otellerden biri olacaktır.

exceptional service, excellent location, clean modern room booked a Deluxe room (including breakfast), the room was ready spacious with a marble bathroom the room service , housekeeping and the reception staff were friendly professionals and really caring. The breakfast is totally recommended The only comment I had that the room was not soundproof ( could here next door neighbours through the wall and Main Street) The hotel is at the famous Nisantasi (luxury brands Street) also, the hotel do you recommendis close to Osmanbey Metro station
