Stayed for one night . It’s reasonable for the price. And service. Provided was exceptional. Food is nice and all. Not much of a recommended place .

The only positive think I can say is location but other than that .. food was poor very poor if you staying there eat somewhere else .. they didn't even provide water for breakfast .. the AC in the room didnt work you have to ask the receptionist to turn it on and off all the time .. the receptionist don't have costumer service the guy shouted at no manners.. no more

Location is good as it is located in the center of Taksim. It is not too far from the arrival point of the airport shuttle bus. Breakfast is mediocre The rooms are very nice, especially the bathrooms are spacious.

beautiful all.. the hotel, the location, the room, the view of the Bosphorus!!!! everything fantastic, I will return!!!! everything was impeccable, the room was clean and very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and kind!!! a beautiful impression, a super holiday!

1- The bad place 2- Old furniture 3- cleanliness issues 4- Lack of credibility 5- Unpleasant odors 6- the third time I did not get the accommodation I requested and booked.I was told that it was not available and the customer did not leave the place after & After 3 days you will get it A few days later, I was informed of the same unavailability

I have been in Istanbul for the 3 rd time and this is my second time to stay in Taxim star hotel , to be honest this is one of the best hotel I recommend to stay for anyone visit Istanbul, Best location everything around walkable street Very friendly helpful team starting from reception and house keeping Very clean rooms house keeping comes daily to clean your room Great view right from your balcony Very affordable price to stay in this hotel . Breakfast was delicious and nice Turkish flavor Over all the hotel have nice vibe and accommodating team around , 100 % recommended.

An absolute disaster this hotel was the worst I've ever experienced. Heating system made a huge racket. Extremely dirty. Staff lied waited 3 days drill no one fixed heating. Complained about it went unnoticed. Asked for a 3 0clock.wake up.call never arrived. Staff were extremely rude. The place stunk of bad sewage. Rooms were tiny. DONT SPOIL YOUR BREAK . DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

My advice is that, if you want to enjoy your trip, do not book this hotel! I booked a two-bedroom suite for me and my family. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the following: - One of the rooms hasn’t air conditioner - Wi-Fi is not working - The refrigerator is broken The suite is very disgusting in terms of cleanliness. - The smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom. - The door card was damaged every time, and I had to go to the reception to fix it. -The elevator is very small and you wait a long time for it to arrive. - The reception is very bad in dealing, especially the person who is in the evening shift. - I asked to repair the air conditioner more than once without any action, and every day I receive promises to bring technicians, and unfortunately they lie. -I asked to change the room more than once to no avail. -Unfortunately, my family and I used one room and I am paying for two rooms. - My stay has expired and I only use one room. - The shock is that I booked the suite with breakfast included, and I was surprised that the breakfast was not in the hotel, but 4 buildings away from the hotel! - The furniture is not clean, my family and I was allergic due to insects inside the room. -In short, the hotel does not deserve one star, rather it does not deserve to be a hotel in the first place. - My advice, if you want to enjoy your trip, do not book at this hotel at all. نصيحتي لك ، اذا ناوي تنبسط في سفرتك لا تحجز في هذا الفندق! حجزت لي ولعائلتي جناح مكون من غرفتين نوم ، عند الوصول تفاجئت بالتالي: - احد الغرف المكيف فيها عطلان - الواي فاي ما يشتغل - الثلاجة عطلانة - الجناح مقرف جداً من ناحية النظافة. - رائحة الصرف الصحي خارجة من الحمام اعزكم الله. - كرت الباب كل شوي يخرب واضطر انزل للاستقبال عشان يفعّلوه. - المصعد صغير جداً وتنتظره فترة طويلة لين يجيك. - الاستقبال سيء جداً في التعامل بالذات الشخص المتواجد في الفترة المسائية. - طلبت اصلاح التكييف أكثر من مرة بدون أي فائدة وكل يوم اتلقى الوعود بإحضار الفنيين وللأسف يكذبون. - طلبت تغيير الغرفة أكثر من مرة بدون فائدة. - للأسف أنا وعائلتي استخدمنا غرفة واحدة وانا دافع حق غرفتين. - انتهت فترة اقامتي وانا استخدم غرفة واحدة فقط. - الصدمة اني حجزت الجناح شامل الافطار، وتفاجئت بأن الافطار ليس في الفندق بل على بعد ٤ بنايات من الفندق! - اثاث الغرفة غير نظيف ووجود حشرات تسببت بحساسية لي ولأفراد اسرتي. بالمختصر ، الفندق لايستحق نجمة واحدة بل لا يستحق أن يكون أن يكون فندق اساساً. - نصيحتي اذا ناوي تنبسط في سفرتك، لا تحجز في هذا الفندق ابداً.

Bad, not good , tv not work, A/C not work.. reception doesn’t interested, service badly,, Uncomfortable sleep, very bad smells emanating from everywhere in the hotel, and the rooms smelled of food, The service was not like this before, I feel disappointed and I do not want to book it in the next times

This can never be called a hotel. Rude management. I reserved five nights free cancellation through ***********, the hotel withdrawn all the amount of the whole stay prior to my arrival. When i arrived i found the toilet broken, the windows don’t close properly, the bed too small, no water, no tissues, and the AC is controlled by the reception upon guest request to switch on or off. I asked to check out and refund my money they told me go get your money back from *********** although it is the hotel that withdrew my money. I called *********** and they promised me the hotel will make the refund. The hotel manager was rude and impolite, he started to shout on me and insult me in turkish that I don’t speak. Till now, it has been two weeks and i am back to my home country without taking my money back. I had to checkout after the first night and i lost my money. Shame on *********** to have such a hotel in their list of properties. Pls avoid at all costs. Sleeping in the street is way safer than sleeping in such a property with door locks broken and rude creepy manager

Hotel is very convenient. Good price, vibe area, excellent location . Clean and safe with elevator and basic breakfast. Staff is very helpful and they upgraded my room on arrival.rooms on the small size as most hotels but bathroom has good pressure and hot water. Room has safe and mini fridge. I didn’t open TV. Wifi is ok
