the ironing board is broken, the ironing surface is burnt - the iron stained the shirt, the breakfasts are poor, there is no soundproofing in the room - you can hear everything that happens on the street

Firstly, the location is perfect, as it's right in front of the Fındıkzade tramline and walking distance from all the major sites/mosques. Secondly, the service and staff were spectacular! The front desk gave us a larger room and were extremely polite/helpful. Concierge services were the fastest I'd seen at any hotel. Overall, it was a lovely stay. We come to Istanbul often, so İ will definitely be staying here again next time!

The location is good, easy to get to many places, but the room smell was so strong that I couldn't close the windows the first day. When I got home, the clothes in my suitcase still smelled of air freshener. It had been used so heavily that it would be dangerous for someone with asthma. Normally, most hotels have a light air freshener, but this was disturbing. When I checked in, there was a man in the cleaning room next to my room (315), not the woman I had seen the other 2 days. I told the lady who cleaned the room the second day. Be careful about this. I froze for at least 7-8 hours until the room was aired on the first day.
