The sanitation is OK, but the location is a bit hard to find, mainly because you can't see the sea view from the rooftop, and there is no sea view restaurant 😂

Location: Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. You can see it from the balcony. It is also very close to the seaside. You can see the sea view from the balcony!
Health: It's relatively clean. I live in a family room on the top floor!
Service: Pretty good, but parking is a bit troublesome. In the end, I chose to park in the otopark on the next street, which costs 10 euros a night.
Environment: Very good, there are seagulls on the balcony!

Average hotel.
Location is ok but a bit secluded, a bit hard to access if you bring heavy luggages by yourself without a taxi. On the upside is it's close (4-6 min walk) to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.
Service is average. Cleaning staff barges in your door 2 secs after knocking your door (what's even the point of knocking your door then?). Please at least wait for 10-15 secs to wait for our response. Receptionist and the other staffs very frequently smokes right in front of the hotel and often the smoke gets inside the lobby and rooms.
Right after check in the head staff or marketing staff offers you some tours/hamam promos that they think are good for you (most probably things that they get bonuses on if you take them). I find it weird but it could be great for you if you're going solo to Istanbul, I guess.
Amenities wise, no toothbrush. Bar soap instead of liquid soap.
Cleanliness wise, they clean your room everyday which is good.

I’ve stayed here twice, both times in a seaview room. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned everyday. The balcony over looked the sea which was lovely at night. There was a good choice for breakfast and the protected Roman ruins inside the breakfast room were fascinating. I had a problem with wifi connection a couple of times but they fixed the problem within minutes. Reception staff were super helpful and friendly as were the cleaners. The hotel throughout was very clean and tastefully decorated. Situated on a side road off the main thoroughfare everything was accessible within minutes. No noise disturbance. I high recommend this hotel and i will return. Every floor is accessible by a lift.

We stayed at Acra Hotel and really appreciated its excellent location — it’s just a short walk to major sights like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. It made exploring Istanbul very convenient! However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, so we were glad we had eSIMs with data. We also experienced daily issues with the air conditioning showing error messages. Despite these inconveniences, our overall stay was okay, mainly because the location made everything so accessible.

Friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast at this hotel was very underwhelming, and it was probably the saddest thing about the hotel. The photo of the breakfast on the ******* website is very misleading and was nothing like that at all.
We were initially given a room that had a very smelly bathroom; something wrong with the sewage system I think as the smell was coming out of the drain in the bathroom sink. We reported this to reception who apparently knew about the problem already, but still gave us the room?? We had the room changed the next day.
This time, the bathroom in the new room was cleaner and not smelly, however there were ants on the floor lol.
In summary, I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again and I am hesistant to recommend this to anyone for their stay in Istanbul.

Первый раз этот отель посещала в 2018 году , с этого времени конечно ничего не изменилось Отель хочет вложений это факт Старая сантехника , пахнет канализацией Вид из номера ждать не стоит , однообразные завтраки Раньше можно было выбрать завтракать в ресторане или на веранде. Сейчас такого нет но персонал очень приятный , улыбчивый. WiFi очень плохой , но мы уже давно берем роутер в аренду поэтому не рассчитываем на wifi в отеле. Очень плохая шумоизоляция. При заселении нам дали номер после того как там в ванной что то прорвало нам естественно его сменили на 1 этаже Шумно да Воду в номере не приносят это огромный минус ! Вернусь ли я еще нет ↔️
