第一次去伊斯坦堡，滿懷期待的心被這個酒店的服務和設施折騰的心情全無。
一進入房間就能聞到門口廁所傳出來的異味。然後最抓狂的是空調居然是温温的風。從晚上打電話到第二天早上當麪抱怨，説了非常多次，結果完全沒有改善。整個酒店的服務人員真的衹會開空頭支票，從沒認真對待過。

Vehicle valet service was much higher than the stated amount. There was a problem in this sense, but then I showed the amount specified on the site and paid according to this amount, and the problem was solved.
