This hotel is one of my favorite in Istanbul as I love the location and the great facilities that the hotel has. The gentleman at reception Eray does an excellent job and I really appreciate that he tries to provide me with a room upgrade when available. I should also add the the cleaning staff are so nice and do an excellent job. As always I strongly recommend this hotel for your travel to Istanbul.

호텔 숙박은 정말 완벽했습니다. 객실은 아늑하고, 서비스도 훌륭했으며, 조식과 수영장 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 모든 것이 최고였고, 매우 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.
하지만 Trip.com을 통해 예약한 것이 여행의 시작을 망쳐버렸습니다. 제가 미리 결제를 완료했음에도 불구하고 호텔 측에서는 결제 확인을 받지 못해 제때 체크인할 수 없었습니다. 결국 현장에서 다시 결제해야 했고, 다음 날에는 여러 번 고객센터에 전화해서 환불을 요청해야 했습니다. 이 과정은 매우 번거롭고 스트레스가 컸습니다.
Trip.com을 통해 호텔을 예약하실 분들은 이 점을 꼭 유의하시기 바랍니다. 호텔 자체는 정말 훌륭했지만, 예약 플랫폼은 신뢰하기 어려웠습니다.

We chose this hotel primarily because of the recent renovation. But the expectations and reality unfortunately did not match. The hotel and service were very disappointing. The room did not match the photo on the website. The shower door in the bathroom was broken and the tap was falling apart. I will also note the unpleasant smell. Breakfasts are generally one big disappointment. Very poor selection. We have not encountered this for a long time.
We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unfortunately, this hotel or rather this chain is a disappointment once again. The hotel is nice, the lobby is very nice, the spa and fitness studio are perfect, but unfortunately the staff at the reception forced me to give this bad review. The guests, mainly of Arabic origin, rule the hotel and are therefore given preference. I didn't actually want to write a bad review, but I was very rudely asked to leave the hotel at 11:15 by phone. I didn't know that checkout was at 11 a.m., usually everywhere at 12 p.m. Nobody told me about it when I checked in or showed me the hotel or explained where things were. I also registered my laundry for cleaning but it wasn't picked up. The staff don't even know how the laundry pick-up system works. The rooms are getting old... I only went there because I had to check out of the Arts Hotel and the location is very good. It is also very loud on the main street, as the windows are not airtight and you can even hear your neighbors breathing. I had to sleep with earplugs.
Thank God it wasn't that expensive but it wasn't pleasant to stay there at all...
The concierge is very nice and helpful but the staff at the reception should get some training... disrespectful young men
