It was located in Taksim Square and there was a metro station right next to it, so it was very easy to access from the airport, so I used it at the end of my trip.
The staff were also generally friendly and nice.
However, the reception was not so unfriendly as to be called rude, but the response was so bad that I wondered if it was a 5-star hotel, so my first impression was very bad. (He was a middle-aged man, and he didn't even answer my greetings, but he talked to the staff next to him while I was talking to him, so he lacked basic manners.)
The cleaning condition seemed okay, but there was water stains on the cup, and the inside of the coffee pot was rusty, so it felt like they hadn't checked the details.
Other than that, the view was good, and the equipment was old, but my luggage was included, so I was generally satisfied.

Great location, steps away from the metro, and it is located the highest point of old town, so it enjoys the unobstructed amazing view. Staff were professional and attentive. We were upgraded to the ocean view roo.. breakfast was nice. Yue club lounge is a must.

Very nice, clean and central hotel complex. Staff always ready and extremely friendly. Nice fitness studio (a bit small) and wellness area also top notch. The pool is recommended in summer.
