This hotel is a 20 out of 10 for me for one reason and one reason only, the customer care of the concierge team. Especially Abubaker, his smile can literally light up a room. These people's professionalism will always want you coming back every day. Their warm smiles every time they see you is a breath of fresh air. I love that they try their best to make our stay memorable in a good way. If you want to weigh your bags, they will bring you the weighing scale to your room and that thing is heavy, it's very near to all designer shops, a walk to the Grand Bazaar, The blue mosque, Beyazit square and most of the tourist attractions. I will recommend it to all my friends and family travelling to Istanbul. They welcome you with fresh baked cookies, a letter and chocolate in your room

Very good location. Front desk very efficient and service is good. A bit disappointed with the breakfast which is average but the hotel charges 20 euros per person. On the whole very happy with the stay.
