Great city hotel. Super centrally located in Nisantasi hotspot of Istanbul. Taxi costs around €35 to the airport. Breakfast varies daily and is plentiful with oriental and European options. Staff very friendly and cheerful. Would book this hotel again. Received a free upgrade.

I found peace in this hotel every thing was clean and new. staff where friendly and caring the breakfast although can be better the ambience was calming.easily access to tksim and silly and lots of grocery stores around.I enjoyed my stay and will be back to this❤️

WOW ! Arts Hotel Istanbul is a fantastic choice! Great location, just a short walk to Taksim Square. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a stylish vibe. Highly recommend for both leisure and business stays. Will definitely return!

Save your money and book elsewhere A nightmare stay. They are Thieves, impolite and unprofessional staff, dirty and small rooms. Room service Stole our money from the room while we were out. Front desk staff was unhelpful. Hotel manager was unprofessional and can't make any decisions to solve problems. Breakfast was a limited selection and unappetizing. The pool was closed for maintenance and the gem is poorly equipped. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was overpriced for the quality of service and accommodations provided the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, substandard facility and stole our money made my stay miserable

pésimo aseo de la habitación, la cama medio tendida incluso el resto de la lencería de cama lo tiraron en el clóset, incluso dejaron la máquina de esperar en medio del pasillo No se hizo aseo o limpieza del baño o la ducha y no cambiaron los productos que se habían acabado en la estancia.
