The undoubted advantage of this hotel is its location, good number of rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, good breakfast with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus. I can mention the following as minor disadvantages: - the room is cold in winter, - no soundproofing, - there are only 4 hangers per room, they refused to provide additional ones, - they responded to the request to provide slippers only after 2 days, and walking barefoot around the room in winter is very uncomfortable, - there was no compliment from the hotel on my birthday, which is the first time in my life. Would I return to this hotel again? I think not, because I liked others located closer to the main attractions and cafes.

The location of the hotel is great, the view from the window is breathtaking, the staff is very helpful. I did not manage to try the food, however, the stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I recommend it!

The hotel is in a very good location and clean

This is a hotel full of bureaucracy, poor service attitude, and serious safety hazards. It is strongly recommended that you do not choose this hotel. 1. The safety hazards are worrying: I encountered a "midnight horror" on the first day of check-in. I arrived at the room at 12:30 in the morning and opened the door to find that there was already someone on the bed! This made me extremely shocked and scared. The hotel's safety management is non-existent, and the personal and property safety of the guests cannot be guaranteed at all. 2. The service attitude of the front desk is poor: In the face of such a serious and embarrassing accident, the male front desk on duty that night not only did not apologize, but also did not take any remedial measures. He just perfunctorily changed my room. What's more infuriating is that the changed room is seriously inconsistent with the picture when booking. The room is small and the layout is weird. There is a huge mirror hanging opposite the bed. What's worse is that the room is filled with a body odor that is difficult to dissipate, which is disgusting. 3. Serious bureaucracy: When I asked to cancel the next two nights of accommodation, the front desk first perfunctorily handled it, and the next day, it shirked the responsibility by saying that "the manager is not here" until two o'clock in the afternoon to tell me that it could not be cancelled. Moreover, the occupancy rate was obviously high in the morning (indicating that there were rooms available), but they kept claiming that there were no vacancies for replacement. This deliberate and difficult behavior is unacceptable. 4. Ctrip's service deserves recognition: Fortunately, after learning about my experience, Ctrip's customer service actively intervened and took the initiative to give reasonable compensation, which comforted my bad mood and doubled my favorability for Ctrip's service. In addition, there was no free mineral water in the room, and I had to go to the front desk to buy it. There were no slippers either.
