The stay was overall good, we had a good week's stay, the location is average, the staff is helpful and smiling, regarding the prices they were acceptable, the metro station is not far, the cleanliness is remarkable, quiet and secure place. The breakfast is passable and not varied.. To recommend.

Internal decor is fairly new which was good however, the hotel is lacking in a number of areas notably; 1. the location - right in the middle of a noisy and busy market-place. We heard 5 loud gunshots from the adjacent street at 02.46 AM on our 4th night. 2. Breakfast was terrible with exactly the same cheese, olives, salad and hard-boiled eggs menu served every day throughout our 6 days stay; and the orange juice dispenser didn't work throughout. 3. The bedroom neither have peep holes nor do not disturb signs which meant that the chambermaid repeatedly came round to wake us up whilst we were still sleeping. Etc.

Booked rooms with friends in November through the Ostrovok system. Got there by accident! The stated rooms and square footage do not correspond to reality! Look carefully and double-check when buying a room! It is difficult to confuse the stated 30 sq. m, with two large windows / and a room of 16 sq. m. with one window. The administration does not care at all! The breakfasts are very meager! The location is, let's say, questionable and you should not go there alone in the evening! The service and the contents of the room: the towels are all in holes ... dust everywhere. For some reason, for two guests they give 1 large and 1 foot towel. It is not clear who, and most importantly, why puts positive reviews ((. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Hotel is beautiful! One manager is extremely nice! One front desk girl is sweet! One overnight front desk person (Mert Aydin) is a thief. We asked for a cab to airport and he said he will call for us and charged us 600 Turkish money. However, when the cab took us to IST airport, he told us we owe additional 100 Turkish money. We refused to pay! He showed us the 200 Turkish money got from them and said he was told to charge us additional money at the airport and charge as a baggage fee. We decided to ask for police and cab driver left. When we asked for towers or paper towel, we were told we need to check before they gave us anything. Disappointing! I would have given then 0 if it was for those two people and the beds.
