Express Inci Airport Hotel

After entering the room, I noticed someone leaning in front of the roof window on the roof floor and trying to look in. I opened the window and asked, I came across a Turkmen employee who said he was checking the water drains after the rain. I called the business from the room, I think this is an attitude against privacy and has bad intentions. No one wants someone walking around on the roof in a penthouse accommodation to see them while they are in their privacy.

The door to the room was a little broken and it was bad to lock the door.

The cleanliness of the hotel is terrible, even the room doors do not lock

I checked into the hotel around 11pm. After entering the room, I noticed that the window was broken and could not be closed. The table in the room was not even touched by a cloth, there were visible dust balls everywhere. The refrigerator was not working. Even towels and soap were not placed in the room. There were clumps of women's hair on the floor of the bathroom, made into an understated ball. The top of the taps were dirty and not wiped. The dryer was broken, the resistance wire melted the tip of the dryer before it got heated, and it was turning on automatically. In this case, I called the reception and he said he would send the bellboy to look at it. I wanted to change rooms. After 30 minutes, the bellboy came with a towel and soap. The issue was not just towels and soap, however, the room had completely lost its functionality and was dirty. I wanted to change rooms, the friend at the reception had changed, there was a young friend, he apologized and made me move to another room, but this time the air conditioner of the other room was not working, so I had to stay in the first room I entered. The friend at the reception in the morning was different again, he was also aware of the situation and apologized. I would like to thank the bellboy and the 3 different young friends at the reception for their politeness and acceptance of mistakes, and for their sake I give 2 or 3 stars. To be honest, I wouldn't have given even 1 star if it wasn't for them.

The service quality was bad. I didn't like it. The door handle was broken. There was a coffee cup in the room, but there was no coffee. The room was freezing cold. The bed was as hard as a stone. It's a hotel that I can barely give even 1 point. In short, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel is old and dirty. The staff doesn't care! The hotel is right next to the metro!
