On the website this hotel is advertised as a 4 star stay but that is totally misleading. It is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything is dated and dirty. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet had clearly not been cleaned and the tiles still had traces of previous guests. The carpet in the room was dirty and dusty which made the stay even more unpleasant. Nothing about this hotel resembles a 4 star experience. I would strongly advise against it - a big disappointment!

A failed hotel in every sense of the word. It does not deserve a star. Cleanliness is non-existent. There is a bad smell inside the building and inside the rooms. The furniture is not clean either, and there is no staff. The breakfast is very bad.

Rezervasyonumuz olduğu için geldiğimizde isim karışılıklığından odamızın aynı isimde başka birine verildiğini öğrendik ve başka odaya geçişimiz için yaklaşık 2 saat kadar bekledik. Böyle karışıklıklar olur hiç önemli değil ama en azından küçük bir telafi amacıyla 1 saat de olsa geç çıkmamıza müsade edilebilirdi. İnsanlık hali canları sağolsun ama oda çok temiz, konforlu ve rahattı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
