We booked a three bedroom apartment for our stay, we have a family of four.
The most important part that made this stay great - the staff. Members of the staff are very attentive, very quick to help, very friendly and kind. Thanks to them we were very well taken care of.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were some minor issues that I would like to address.
First of all, while the apartment was spotless, you can see that it has been used and definitely needs a cosmetic makeover (so to say). Amenities are used and old so it can be better.
Second of all, there is a strong odor of cats inside the apartment. Air circulation is not good.
There is no way to get to the garden without leaving the room (and we wanted there to be a private balcony or terrace that is mentioned on the website).
Location is nice, you can reach lots of different tourist attractions by foot.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay but I’m not sure I will come back unless this hotel has a renovation.

Hier verbleven tijdens onze city trip. Fijn en schoon hotel met een uitstekende ligging. Het ligt tegen de winkelstraat istiklal caddesi aan en het openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld. Het personeel van het hotel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

L’accueil chaleureux la gentillesse du personnel ainsi que l incroyable chambre d’hôtel le rapport qualité prix et le meilleure a Istanbul ainsi que l’emplacement a 2minutes a pied de taksim square j’ai précisé que c’était pour l’anniversaire de mon mari, on a eu droit des bouquets de fleurs et une belle décoration d’anniversaire ainsi qu’un gâteau en surprise

Hôtel bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Toutes nos demandes ont été parfaitement réalisés. Service cleaning était parfait. Le staff parle très bien anglais donc aucun problème pour organiser les transferts de l’aéroport.

I had an amazing stay! The entire property was spotless, from the beautifully clean rooms to the well-maintained public areas. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. A special shoutout to Enes, who was incredibly attentive and made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
