Walton Gardens Pera

We booked a three bedroom apartment for our stay, we have a family of four. The most important part that made this stay great - the staff. Members of the staff are very attentive, very quick to help, very friendly and kind. Thanks to them we were very well taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there were some minor issues that I would like to address. First of all, while the apartment was spotless, you can see that it has been used and definitely needs a cosmetic makeover (so to say). Amenities are used and old so it can be better. Second of all, there is a strong odor of cats inside the apartment. Air circulation is not good. There is no way to get to the garden without leaving the room (and we wanted there to be a private balcony or terrace that is mentioned on the website). Location is nice, you can reach lots of different tourist attractions by foot. All in all, I enjoyed my stay but I’m not sure I will come back unless this hotel has a renovation.

He not only resolved the issue swiftly but went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had the perfect stay. His thoughtful gesture in acknowledging our honeymoon made us feel truly special and welcomed. The entire staff was equally professional, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout our stay. The hotel itself, as well as our room, was impeccably clean, which added greatly to our comfort and peace of mind. The hotel’s location is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from the famous Istiklal Avenue and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Many places are within walking distance, and public transportation and taxis are readily available, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. We highly recommend this hotel, particularly for those looking for outstanding service and a central location. A special thanks again to Mr. Kaan for his efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail—he truly made all the difference.

A lovely hotel very close to the main shopping street and to the Galata tower. Exceptional hospitality, lovely food and great service. I feel the neighborhood very safe and was comfortable to walk to the hotel even late at night. I was with my two daughters and they loved the place.
