The location is perfect. It's close to Galata Tower and the station. However, the door lock is not well-fitted and there is no elevator, so you have to carry heavy luggage. Also, the Wi-Fi is too weak to be of any use.

Отель имеет неплохое расположение. Рядом с метро, с Галатской башней. Окно у номера упиралось в стену, но я останавливалась на одну ночь, поэтому это не было проблемой. Номер был теплый, отопление работало исправно( для зимы это важно). Есть холодильник.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms, despite my reservation. This lack of preparedness was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Despite their attempts to assist, the situation left me inconvenienced and compelled to seek alternative accommodations. While I understand that situations can arise, the inability to honor a confirmed reservation left a negative impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their reservation management in the future.

2 min walking distance from train station and galata tower, staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very clean and all amenities are fully functional and new
