The room is in a very convenient location. The boss is very nice and will help solve some problems. The Stone Tower business district is nearby, which is very fun. It is very convenient to travel by bus. There are many downhills on the road in Turkey, which is a bit difficult to walk.

The male staff at the front office was very rude and inconsiderate. There was no humanity.
We had been approved to leave 2 suitcases for a few days. And in the application there is also a luggage storage facility.
The man said he didn't accept it. He didn't care that we had rented an Uber taxi for 4 people which didn't fit 5 suitcases.
He also forced us to buy a room in cash and refused to buy online. With the excuse that there were no rooms available if we bought online.
The female night staff was nice but the male morning staff was very mean.
VERY MEAN and had no HELPING spirit.
We pray that we don't meet people like this again in the rest of our trip in TURKEY.
We believe that TURKEY is a country with friendly people and is focused on developing TOURISM.

The location is perfect. It's close to Galata Tower and the station. However, the door lock is not well-fitted and there is no elevator, so you have to carry heavy luggage. Also, the Wi-Fi is too weak to be of any use.

The hotel has a good location. Near the metro, with the Galata Tower. The window in the room ran into the wall, but I stayed for one night, so it was not a problem. The room was warm, the heating worked properly (this is important in winter). There is a refrigerator.
