They gave my father and I a room where a piece of the roof of our room was hanging out. We then reported it and they taped it shut so it was still hanging. Then we looked at the shower and the entire extension of the shower was loose so water came out of the pipe instead of the shower head. I have the feeling that they were already aware of this but we reported it and they gave us a new room. For the rest, nothing happened in terms of service, except when we left my compliments to the cleaning ladies who did their job honestly. I know that I never have to come here again.

So bad, don’t book it anyway, noisy, dirty, low facilities and cold hospitality.
The hotel manager is a total liar and sham.
Bad experience, I strongly suggest not to book it.

I like this hotel even I didn’t stay long just for one night. Clean, big room, comfortable bed and nice shower Safe , easy shopping, a lot of dining options and walkable distance to metro and bus stops.
Stuff is very welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it for my next visit to Istanbul
