I always stay at this hotel when I am on business in Istanbul. There is nothing decent near the airport, this hotel is not that far and there are always rooms available.

Hotel has very high standards for the facility and the service. The staff is really nice and was able to make my stay super comfortable.

The level of professionalism and quantity of the hotel genuinely surprised me. Mr. Dogukan offered excellent care and service that went well beyond my expectations which was mirrored down into the rest of the staff.
The restaurant staff in concierge we're very friendly and helpful in providing insight to local cuisine.
The lounge staff was very helpful and warm to all of the guests. I wish I had stayed at this property longer and will definitely book when I return to Istanbul.

The hotel is modern with good service. Breakfast is not very good. The location is convenient for visiting the shopping center.
