Very very very very bad and I did not stay in the room and I want my money back immediately or I will cancel the application and warn against it

Booked a double bed, ended up getting a single bed and a very small room, basement level, stuffy, not like in the picture, very small room, couldn't sleep. Conclusion, went to sleep in a new hotel, somewhere else.

The hotel is HORRIBLE, and the photos do not match the rooms. The rooms they give you are in terrible condition. It is impossible for anyone to spend even one night in that place. There are many problems with humidity in the walls, broken beds, dirty pillowcases, even with mites, broken walls, the sink drain does not go to the pipe so it falls to the floor, the toilet bowl is broken, the entire bathroom is full of saltpeter. A horrible experience. When I went to the manager to file the complaint, he just made fun of me and told me that it was not his problem, but the Trip agency's. I have stayed in places with better conditions and at a lower price. Cheap is not synonymous with dirty. Also, the location is not safe. Terrible service and a total rip-off this place. Do not go. I hope Trip stops offering such terrible services.
