It was my first time in Istanbul, and the tour guide helped me book this hotel. It has a beautiful environment, warm service, and a rich breakfast. There is the sea, park and many restaurants outside.

I chose this hotel for a rest before the end of the trip. I thought that although it was remote, the environment was good and the facilities were complete. I could rest well without leaving the hotel and not be bored. I booked a room with a terrace, so I could go to the garden to get some fresh air, but there was no view to speak of, and the tables and chairs on the terrace were also rusty. The waiter saw me wiping the table by myself, and came to help me wipe two tables, otherwise he would not wipe them. The room area is not small, but the facilities are average. The faucet in the bathroom almost fell off when I turned it, and the sofa bed collapsed halfway when I slept. It is the worst hardware in the Crowne Plaza I have stayed in. I did not encounter the anti-Chinese situation that others commented on, but there was basically no service in other places except the guest room. Breakfast and dinner were both unremarkable. Fortunately, the local dishes I ate at the restaurant outside at noon were satisfactory, and the Turkish bath in the hotel at night was also good. Overall, it was okay.
