Nice hotel. Convenient location, in the vicinity there are all the necessary shops, exchange offices, cafes, etc.

I stayed in Istanbul for 3 days. First, we took a shuttle bus from the airport and went to Taksim. At first I tried to walk, but the road is not good for walking.
We recommend taking a taxi.
Breakfast was above average and satisfactory. The location wasn't bad, but it was a bit difficult to use public transportation.
Friendliness and cleanliness are perfect!

Very accommodating the only issue we had was we requested a double bed however we were given two single beds attached together which was very annoying when sleeping after telling them they did move us to another room.

Stayed in this hotel based off of some reviews I had read as well as it being a great price and great location. It was however the service that ultimately made this hotel a 5 star experience for me, from the moment of arrival (with a welcome tea) to the goodbye getting in the taxi we felt intensely welcomed the entire time. We had booked a standard room, which upon check-in we found out was not available due to a repair situation, so we were put in a balcony room instead for the first night, no problem at all. The second night we were moved to a suite for the remainder of the stay (3 nights more) as an apology for the inconvenience, the room was fantastic. Breakfast was also top notch every day even when we came a bit late the staff said It was no problem to fix us something. We even got a little goodbye gift as we left early in the morning on our last day. Truly made our time in Istanbul an enjoyable stay.
