The room was cozy, clean, and well-kept—ideal for a comfortable stay. The staff were consistently attentive and helpful throughout my visit. While not all of them spoke English fluently, communication was never a problem, and they always made an effort to assist with anything I needed. Special thanks to Arda and Mert, who stood out for their warmth and hospitality, helping make the stay especially memorable. That said, every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and eager to ensure a pleasant experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options, though it starts at 8:00 AM—which might feel a bit late for those with early plans. Still, the quality more than made up for it. The hotel offers great value for money and is within easy walking distance of Istanbul’s main attractions and nearby tram stations. My only regret was not booking a larger room—but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Mooi centraal gelegen klein hotel, maar toch weinig last van de drukte. Aardig personeel vooral ook bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was prima. Kamer was schoon en netjes zoals ook rest van het hotel. Wat je niet moet doen is een economy kamer boeken. Deze is gelegen in het souterrain en heeft een klein raampje boven bij het plafond. Gaf een erg opgesloten gevoel. Gelukkig waren we veel in de stad en de kamer was alleen voor het slapen. Ondanks dat kamer erg klein was prima geslapen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen(wenn man möchte). Das Zimmer so wie das Hotel insgesamt sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst an den Geburtstag von meiner Partnerin haben sie gedacht und einen kleinen Kuchen geschenkt. Das war sehr aufmerksam von dem Personal. Sie wollen wirklich das man einen schönen Urlaub hat und man sorglos zufrieden ist. Wir können das Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Immer wieder gerne

Hôtel : Chambre : on va dire que ça va comme on est pas dedans toute la journée, par contre très peu de rangement, pas de placard et peu de cintres. petit, bien situé mais dans une rue bruyante, avec un restaurant en face qui met du karaoké jusque très tard dans la nuit. Propreté : correcte Acceuil : pitoyable, personnels malpolis Petit dej : pauvre, il faut se lever tôt pour avoir quelques chose à manger autre que du concombre, tomate ou fromage. Le seul point positif est que l hôtel est proche de sultanhamet et bien desservi par le tramway. Le pire je dirais c est le personnel et plus spécialement le gars à l'acceuilqui vous met tout juste dehors à la fin de votre séjour. Pas coopératif et qui tire la tronche à chaque passage.

Highly recommended. Clean and cozy hotel. Very good location to visit the Sultan Ahmet area. Nearby you have several transportation options, tram, metro, boat, etc. Very attentive staff and always offering to help. We did a spa + sauna + massage session, also recommended. Breakfast ok.
