Everything is very hard not good welcoming they working for surgery’s group expensive

The staff is good but the hotel is not comfortable The air conditioning is not good There is no restaurant that provides lunch and dinner, only breakfast and it is on the first floor and there is no elevator The pictures were submitted in advance at the time

We stayed for 5 days, it is a very clean and very nice hotel.

Eylul Marina And Onur very happy with service and happy with my stay will be back in a few days. The room is really nice and breakfast was really good.. The staff are really friendly. The room service was good food is really nice no complaints. Would defiantly stay here again. Cleaning staff are friendly also.

The hotel was perfect, the hospitality was excellent- anything they could do to help, they would, happily. Jamila the waiter was outstanding, amazing service and would go out of her way to help and assist, as well as having a fab infectious personality. Marina from reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Would defiantly recommend this hotel. Room was perfect. The cleaner was great and was always happy to assist. Great location. Will visit again and recommend.

Stayed at this hotel which is very beautiful. The staff helpful and friendly The only negative is the price in the restaurant, which is empty most of the time. My husband and I had a meal one shared starter he had burger I had halloumi salad 2 glasses of wine 1 small beer the cost was 99 euros !! No wonder it was empty.

Well we've been here twice now. The first and last times. 4 stars is a bit of a push and this review may sound picky but I am ex industry and have a level of expectation. I would expect the receptionist to smile and say hello and whilst not everyone can speak a second language, but the majority of guests we met were English so would like them to have at least one person on site who can help. Thank god for Google translate. The rest of the staff were lovely. Room. Set up incorrectly as a twin. It took an hour to have this sorted out and when it was it turns out that using two single sheets horizontally was their solution to a double sheet. This obviously constantly came untucked and you get your feet stuck etc... Lumpy pillow! The room had Netflix on the TV but unfortunately the broadband was so poor it was almost impossible to work. 2mb is not acceptable in 2024 and made life difficult. Apparently that was working fine! The health club is nice, clean and tidy. Used the jacuzzi and my wife had a massage. We ate in the restaurant and it was fine as was the room service. The coffee shop may well be the highlight!

The hotel has two different areas, the principal where the spa and restaurant is and in front of the hotel is another building where you will find the rest of the rooms. We stayed at the standard rooms. The room was very nice decorated and very modern and confortable, bathroom was also very clean and modern. The breakfast was normal but for a four stars hotel we found completly inaceptable that you have to pay 3 euro for an omelet, I travel a lot and is the first time in my life where I find that you have to pay the eggs, just incredible. The room was clean but the door mirrorswhere dirty I asked in the reception if they can tell to the keeping room to clean, the woman make a note but I suppose she forgot because next day was still dirty the mirror, also for 4 stars is not acceptable. The first night we were late for dinner so we decided to eat at the restaurant, definitely not recommend, I had a Cesar salad just lettuce and chicken with a kilo mayonnaise horrible, so I don't recommend at all any meal at the restaurant. The location is not good enough is you want to walk, you will need a taxi if you want to go to eat something at night.

The best hotel,the checking in was so smooth and fast,the receptionists were so good and welcoming,I love everything about the staff, professionalism,good customer service everything was wow.our room steward Eynem she was Soo good our room was ever clean congratulations to her,thanks to MR.Halit the waiter plus all the restaurants staff not forgetting the hotel shuttle driver.Our stay was amazing I will definitely recommend it and will come back.

What is good about the hotel: Comfortable bed and working air-conditioning Things to consider: The non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke. The internet rarely works. Water temperature fluctuates while in use. Cards are often need reactivation. Food quality varies (some is even not edible-spoiled shrimp and questionable vegetables) No outside food is permitted. What is and is not included in the room package varies from day to day. The breakfast offers cook to order eggs but the staff insist what is on the buffet is good enough. Other people who were a different ethnicity and gender had cook to order eggs brought out. If you bring up an issues, the reply is a variation of, “No, no, its all good.” The staff will not Room amenities listed turn out to be call to request. When the amenities are requested the reply is if available. And, it is by a loud construction area.

I was there only one night hotel is very clean and comfortable , Congratulations 👏 on a wide variety of fresh quality products on breakfast ,maybe will better with tea glass but Oky 😊and staff was very friendly. I hope see you again . Thank you so much Highly recommended 👍

I stayed here to recovery from surgery…beautiful hotel very comfortable and clean..all staff were very friendly and happy to help…hotel food was lovely and room service was great especially after surgery…definitely recommend and would stay again if over for more surgery 🥰 only thing I will say is the deposit is abit high and 12 days later im still waiting on mine being refunded hopefully I receive this week 🙏🏻
