Beautiful hotel, renovated from a historical building building. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with a great view of the city towards Galata Tower. I would highly recommend.

I never give a bad review! This hotel is the worst I've stayed in in years. For over 2,000 yuan, it's completely worthless. The room couldn't even fit three suitcases. There was no room to walk. This hotel is comparable only to domestic chain hotels, and it's even worse than hotels in China that cost just over 100 yuan. It's as small as a chicken coop! I can only console myself with the fact that this is a land of precious metals. The service is completely lacking! There's no parking! Those renting a car should definitely choose this place with caution.

We had a room with a bath on the terrace and view on the Galata. Everything was great, nothing to complain
Rooms are clean and convenient, service is great. Wifi is fast, so you can work easily.

Everyone, avoid this! This is the most absurd hotel I've ever stayed in! A waiter and several people entered our room in the middle of the night with a credit card, scaring us so much we couldn't sleep. They didn't even offer an apology. We contacted Ctrip, but they were arrogant and hung up on us without offering any solutions. The check-in process also clearly discriminated against Chinese people! It's infuriating!
