Facilities: Very old, no basic hotel facilities, including mineral water, towels, slippers, etc.
Hygiene: The hygiene environment in the bedrooms is acceptable, but the shared bathrooms and public toilets are a bit dirty.
Environment: It is seven or eight minutes away from the subway station, and it is surrounded by residential buildings.
Service: I originally booked a room with an independent bathroom, but it turned out that there was no room with an independent bathroom. I changed it to a room with a public toilet and a public bathroom. They said that the price difference would be refunded when I checked out the next day. As a result, when I checked out the next day, I was told that only 100 lire would be refunded. In the end, I tried my best to get a refund of 210 lire, but the service fee for online booking could not be refunded. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I will not book here again next time, nor will I recommend anyone to book.
