Я турагент 13 лет! Про отель скажу так: отличный сервис, местоположение прямо в лучшем месте (все достопримечательности и Босфор рядом) все пешком и оооооочень близко! Шикарный завтрак на Терассе с видом на Босфор - фантастика! Есть русскоговорящая девушка Сима (отзывчива очень!) всем помогает🤗 Хороший завтрак! На ресепшен в моменте все решают. У отеля прекрасное место расположение, центр, все рядом , нас встретили очень душевно, как родных, предложили бесплатно поменять наш зарезервированный номер на номер выше категории с красивым видом на Босфор . Спасибо им за это! Отель имеет ресторан с террасой , откуда потрясающий вид на Босфор , башню Галата . Завтрак превращается в праздник. Меню разнообразное, обслуживание хорошее. Уборка номера каждый день со сменой полотенец. Остались довольны, с удовольствием вернемся еще раз.

Reservamos una habitación con vista al mar y fue lo único bueno de la estadía, junto con el personal de la recepción. La habitación tenía el piso y el baño en mal estado, y el aseo no se hacía. En el comedor nos decepcionó el desayuno, la mayoría de los alimentos estaban de varios días, poca variedad, la atención al principio no fue buena aquí. Lamentablemente nos guiamos por los buenos comentarios y por las fotografías que promociona el hotel, pero fue una completa decepción

Hôtel vieillissant mérite rénovation. Bon emplacement au cœur de la ville mais c'est tout. Chambre exiguë tête de lit et sommier tachés produits servis au petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité resservis le lendemain mauvaise odeur de fritures au petit déjeuner et au restaurant qui vous colle aux cheveux et aux vêtements c'est horrible
