Hotel ist einfach nur ekelhaft. Entspricht nicht den Angaben. Spinnen, Staub, Schimmel, dreckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher!! Personal ist ebenfalls nicht nett. Unsere gebuchten Zimmer haben wir nicht bekommen. Sondern kleinere Zimmer und statt drei Betten nur zwei für drei Personen. Masken werden hier ebenfalls nicht getragen. Wundert mich nicht, da sowas wie Hygiene hier nicht existiert. Einfach nur GELD ABZOCKE!!!!!!!!

The location of the hotel is very nice. If I go to Istanbul again, it is definitely the only place I will stay. Harun Bey, Serkan Bey, Mustafa Bey at the reception are very professional and smiling people. I would like to thank them very much again. The cleaning team, whose names I cannot remember, are also very smiling and helpful. I would like to thank them very much too.

The large family room on second floor doesn’t have access to elevator which was the main reason we booked the room.
Staff are great but management not sympathetic at all.
