My stay was perfect as usual. Yhis is the reason that we stay at this hotel very often.
The staff are well experienced and they are very friendly and helpful.
Specially I have to declare that the guest relation staff and the reception team are incredible and they respect the guests and take care of their requests very well ,
I will be back to this hotel quite soon,

In the huge basement, I met the parking guy, who warmly introduced me to the lobby and helped me park my car. The restaurant manager also helped me buy honeycomb. I give it a thumbs up and will stay here again next time!

The hotel environment is OK, but it looks a bit old. There are restaurants and cafes next to it, a small supermarket, and a shopping mall. There is an ATM in the community not far away where you can withdraw lira. Different fees are charged according to different amounts.
