The hotel is beautiful, clean, good service, very convenient location, but I was expecting an unpleasant surprise at the reception, after booking on the website and 100% payment, arriving at the airport it turned out that the hotel is only for passengers on connecting flights, this was not my case, I was flying out early the next morning, they did not return the money back, they only offered to pay an additional 130 € for check-in. Absolutely perfect location within. the. airport and the place is very quiet. I had an issue on check-in and it was handled very quickly. The gentleman working (I think his name was Mehmet) made the impossible, possible. The room was soundproof, extremely clean, and very relaxing lighting. This was my first time here and I would DEFINITELY stay here again. It made a 12 hour layover the most relaxing experience I've ever had in an airport.
