A disgraceful hotel, nothing like the photos. Broken toilet seat, broken air conditioning, very small room for two people, the heating didn't heat up properly, it turned off at night. Terrible breakfast. In the room you could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and the hallway. The view from the window looked out onto a vacant lot full of rubbish. On the bed there is only a small duvet that is only good for one person, we had to ask for another one.
On the penultimate day, there was a problem with the water in the whole area.

Stream of water in room is low . Bed sheets and towels are Grey. Noise from street is existing tlll 01 00 am Around hotel the cheap districts . Service in hotel for customers is only to keep levels of service at minimum .Taxi service in that area is unacceptable and unavailable , cheating the customers always, no taxi meters at all. Better to avoid this hotel .

Everything was wonderful.
The staffs were so kind, so we could stay in Istanbul without any worries, even though it was our first time to go there.
The breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed it with the beautiful ocean-view.
Thank you so much, especially Mr.Yaser, we'll definitly book Golden Sand Hotel again when we go to Istanbul next time.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Personal war zunächst sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Diese waren nicht in Ordnung. Nichtig richtig sauber in einem Zimmer ein sehr unangenehmer Fäkaliengeruch im Bad. Das andere Zimmer sehr sehr klein, im Bad konnte man sich kaum drehen. Auf die Bechwerde an der Rezeption wurde zugesagt, dass am nächsten Tag andere Zimmer bezogen werden könnten. Am nächsten Tag wollte uns der Hotelmanager um einen weiteren Tag vertrösten, weil das Hotel angeblich ausgebucht sei, was defintiv nicht der Fall war. Letztlich wurde nach heftiger Diskussion ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt was zwar größer war, aber im Bad einen großen Schimmelbefall an der Decke und den Wänden aufwies. Leider ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen für diesen Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels in Istanbul. Die Unehrlichkeit des Managers ist auch nicht alzeptabel.

Le responsable est très sympathique mais ça n’empêche que le rapport qualité pris est très mauvais : 4 nuits très bruyantes _ 2 premières où on n’a pas eu les chambres réservées - petit dej pas terrible _ eau froide la 1 ère soirée - on aurait pu comprendre si ça n’avait pas été cher mais ce n’est pas le cas
