When I arrived the receptionist told me there were no rooms left although I had a reservation 10 days prior to my stay.
He took me to another nearby hotel called Havana and told me the owner is the same.
I went with him and the second receptionist is the worst, he had a pissed face and after openin the room it looked very beautiful with new amenities but a very bad smell was there he started closing the curtains and when I asked him to open the window he did but warned me not to open the curtains as there were families living in the front of us and that it was disrespectful, like I was gonna ***** in front of them, so I have to keep the curtains closed and a dark room without the possibility to see when the day rose, this is a first.
I want book again with them as I don’t appreciate people that are not professional and keep freestyling in management.

The hotel was exactly as we expected. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
