The Hotel is a family business. Everyone was so friendly. Not all of them speak english but they can understand some arabic as well.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life, it was both disturbingly loud at night and extremely dirty, the sheets were not clean, there was no toilet paper in the toilet. Never go there

We stayed in room 401.
Overall, we liked everything. The hotel has a great location and very friendly staff. On the day of departure, we were allowed to check out an hour later without additional charge. We were able to walk around and then calmly pack our things. There are many 24-hour shops and cafes near the hotel. The metro is 5-7 minutes walk away. The room was very warm (we stayed at the end of November 2024).
The only thing is that the shower stall did not close completely. Also, the balcony door could not be opened slightly - it swung open completely. But these are trifles, considering the moderate cost, and all the listed advantages :)
