Хороший отель, всё, что нужно для комфортного отдыха – есть. На соседних улицах расположились местные кафешки и супермаркет Carrefour.
Но есть одно но! Были впервые в Стамбуле и не ожидали, что в городе есть настолько крутые перепады высот. Так вот... если планируете передвигаться пешком, то вас ждет 15 минутный восход под углом 45-60 градусов. Держите это в уме.

Overall, our stay at Naz City Hotel was lovely. The facilities were excellent, and most of the staff provided great service. However, we had a disappointing experience with one of the receptionists — a lady whose behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. At times, it felt as though we were not paying guests. This was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The hotel is 3 out of 5.
The breakfasts are good quality, tasty, small selection, the menu has not changed.
The room is comfortable, with signs of use, but not critical.
A big minus - it was cold in the room, they provided a heater, but the tiles on the floor in the toilet remained icy.
We chose the hotel based on the availability of a recreation area: Spa on the -3 floor, a small sauna and hamam (for 5-6 people), the water in the pool is also cool. We spent a small amount of time there.
The location is not far from Taksim Square (8-10 minutes walk) down the hill, you can return to the hotel on foot. It will be difficult to go up the mountain from the hotel, we always left on a transfer (they promptly provide a car to 3 locations to choose from). It is very convenient.
The view is panoramic, but there are only slums around.

Every time I come to Istanbul, Turkey, I stay at this hotel. The shower water is big and hot, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, the staff are very polite and the service is also very good. It is very close to Taksim Square, and the hotel provides free pick-up service to Taksim Square.

The drain hole in the bathroom was too small and overflowed outside when taking a shower. The hotel facilities are a bit old and far from the subway station, but the hotel provides free pick-up to the subway station.
