Everything is fine, everything is great, but the breakfast is a little different from other hotels, although I recommend very convenient locations. And Good Hotel come enjoy.

I confess that I had a bitter experience with the treatment of this hotel. I had booked 2 nights for me and my mother. However, due to my mother's health problems and we saw that it was impossible to travel, I called to cancel the reservation and at the time I had been told that it was not possible to return the 1st night, but that they would refund the 2nd night (which I thought it was thoughtful on the part of the hotel). 2 weeks later, they informed me that they would not refund me anything after all. I think there could have been more consideration and attention from the hotel and not just an easy monetary gain. The hotel experience is not just about the comfort they offer to the customer, but also about the consideration and attention that the hotel has for the customer throughout the process. Very bad customer service I must say.

Отвратительный персонал , особенно менеджер, с минуты как позвонила забронировать номер сбрасывали все звонки , потом наконец позвонила с другого номера тоже не отвечали и наконец ответили. Ответила женщина хамка просто,мы попросили фото комнат чтобы потом не было никакого недопонимание отеле. На что она нам ответила «не бронируйте у нас номер» «вы больные» и продолжила хамить ! Ну просто хамское отношение, попросили менеджера подойти , сказала я менеджер, ладно подумали, попросили директора подойти , сказала что и директор она сама. В общем просто хамы наглые , ещё и оскорбляют.Куда смотрит начальство не понятно, просто мы в шоке как такой не адекватный персонал работает с людьми. Виновато само начальство что персонал так по хамски ведёт себя, и портит имидж отеля отпугивая своих клиентов!

А теперь о последнем в нашей цепочке приключений отеле - об отеле Four Seven Hotel. Выбор пал на этот отель из-за его отличного расположения в шаговой доступности от всех основных транспортных артерий. Были с семьёй, бронировали трёхместный номер, номер большой, светлый, может не очень прекрасный вид из окна, но когда проводишь в отеле только ночь, это становится неважным. Все понравилось, удобства все присутствовали, все функционирует, прекрасная мягкая удобная кровать, чистота в номере, за что отдельное спасибо Мукаддас, все туалетные принадлежности вовремя пополнялись, все приличного качества, белье чистое, менялось часто, чайно-кофейные принадлежности в наличии, все функционировало, все своевременно пополнялось. Персонал прекрасный, особо хотелось бы выделить Артура, Айжан - прекрасная внимательная девушка, не раз помогавшая нам советами, заказавшая для нас трансфер. Передаю привет Фарангис, девушке из ресторана, за внимание и добродушие. Завтраки очень приличные, голодными не останетесь: фрукты-овощи, оливки-маслины, яичницы-сосиски, оладьи, кексики, выпечка. Немного омрачило, что обещали приготовить завтрак для раннего выезда, и забыли. А так все было прекрасно!!! Если буду в Стамбуле, то обязательно в Four seven
