Место положение отличное, чистота отлично, проблемы с горячей водой, душевая протекает, раковина на кухне забита, крыша протекает. Жили в семейном номере 102. Видимо хозяин отеля не смотрит за его техническим состоянием.

Хороший частный отель в центре Стамбула. Все самое интересное в шаговой доступности. Хорошие оборудованные номера. Единственное неудобство - душ. При пользовании вся ванная комната в воде.

Great location, close to everything you would ever need. Clean and very comfortable room, very good sound proofing, perfect for couples. The concierge(s) are very polite and helpful. Our room had an outstanding view as you can see by the photo. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I know where I’m staying.

Piccolo hotel in una zona interessante per turismo, ristoranti e negozi. Abbiamo potuto prenotare con un forte sconto, altrimenti a prezzo "normale" sarebbe risultato decisamente troppo caro per i servizi forniti. Personale molto cordiale.

シャワーブースに問題があります。今回ペントハウステラス付きに4泊しました。部屋番号は401です。リノベーション途中の感じでした。室内のドア周りは雑に塗られたコーキング剤がむき出しで気になりました。最も問題だったのはシャワーブースにはドアもシャワーカーテンもついていませんでした。シャワーを浴びればトイレの便器も床も水浸しになります。毎日タオル類を大量にリクエストして、バスルームの床に敷き詰めてからシャワーを浴びなければなりませんでした。夫との旅行でしたので、毎日2回その作業をしなければならず大変不便でした。部屋チェンジも視野に検討をお願いしましたが叶いませんでした。楽しいトルコ旅行がホテルスタッフとの喧嘩で嫌なものにしたくなくて、全て受け入れることにしました。大量のタオルさえあればなんとかなると夫と我慢することを選びました。特に最低だったのはレセプションにいるグレーヘアの男性スタッフです。慇懃無礼で大変失礼なスタッフでした。「部屋チェンジをお願いしてましたよね？」と観光から夕方戻った際に言うと、「あー残念、too late! 」と。「もう掃除してしまいましたからね」と意味不明の理由を冷たい笑顔で勝ち誇ったように言われたときには驚きました。マネージャーと話したいと言うと、外出中で15分したら戻るとのこと。しかし15分経っても連絡なし。自分で階下に降りマネージャーと話しました。言い合いになる感じだったので、せっかく毎日楽しく旅行ができているのに、シャワーブースのせいで残念な旅にはしたくなく諦めました。他のスタッフは大変親切で、一所懸命仕事をしていました。毎朝部屋に朝食を届けてくれるスタッフはどなたも優しくて親切でフレンドリーで気持ちが良かったです。あのレセプションのシニア男性スタッフさえいなければ我々は嫌な思いをせずに済みました。

Oncelikle otelin konumu cok iyi. Istiklal caddesine karakoye hatta eminonune yurume mesafesinde. Metro tramvay vapur duraklari yurume mesafesinde ve sehrin her yerine ulasim son derece kolay. Oda tertemizdi. Tek sikintisi klima cok gurultulu calisiyor ve rahatsiz ediyor. Bir de benim odama ozel asla sicak hava vermedi. Kapamayi tercih ettim. Usumedim ama daha soguk kis gunlerinde sorun yaratabilir...mutfaktaki kettle calismiyordu. Degistirilmesini rica ettim. 3. Soyleyisimde degistirildi ama genel olarak personeli guleryuzlu.
