FIDE Hotel Taksim was a terrible experince. We went a group of 16 people, it was said that we had to check in at 14:00 and they mixed our rooms and we were not able to checkin till 18:00. There was just one guy speaking some english, terrible behavior from everyone there. Rooms were horrible, dirty all over the place, no elavetor, bathroom terrible, doors broken, total mess. Rooms with double bed, requested extra sheets or blanket but there were no chance to get. Breakfast was a joke and it was not woth it. Due to large amount of dirt, some of us had to sleep with clothes on. I would not recommend at all and they will never see my face there. Horrible, Terrible, Horrible…please avoid at any cost..

Firstly, the hotel is not true, we vacationed in May 2024, we bought it from the picture and reviews. In fact, the hotel is absolutely terrible. The stench from the sewer, the dampness, and the worst thing, the bedbugs, all came back bitten. During the 7 days of vacation, the garbage was not taken out even once; we had to throw it out ourselves. Towels and cleaning never arrived. Breakfasts are the same and cold, it included 1 egg, 2 pieces of transparent cheese, 2 small pieces of sausage, 2 slices of cucumber and tomatoes, as transparent as cheese. In general, I don’t advise anyone to go there. Stink, dirt and bugs

Very good ones! Very good stuff. Very polite people and its not far from Taksim center, 6 minutes by walking and you can have access to busses, metros and taxis very near. It was a good experience……!!

The hotel was great! The staff were very welcoming and the service was incredible. The sheets were clean and the view was opposite of Taksim. Someone from the staff actually sat down and helped us find great tourist spots, very helpful.

This definitely wasn't a five star establishment, but for the price, excellent value for money. Room was small but warm, and bed comfortable, and there was warm water in the shower. Breakfast was very simple, but for that price, it was perfectly fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only minus was that the place was very difficult to find for the taxi driver who had to call the place several times to get proper instructions. I should have saved the place on the map while I still had internet connection! The location is very central - you just have to know where it is. The noise of the traffic may also disturb some people but I was ok with that.

I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel.The room ,toilet and bathroom were very clean .Everyday after we went out,the staff cleaned the room.In addition,i like the atmosphere of the hotel very much, it was very cozy and beautiful.The staff was very professional and friendly.Thats why i spent good days in this hotel.

They met us at the bus, helped us with our suitcases, and carried us into our room. We were treated to tea while we waited for check-in. We checked in on time, without waiting. The room is not cramped, cleaning is done every day. Bath amenities, towels, slippers are provided. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, safe. The staff is polite, they always offered tea or coffee at the reception. There are Russian-speaking staff who came at a certain time. We rested in February, the radiators were always warm. There are two warm blankets for frostbites. Breakfast was always the same. There is a lot of bread. The hotel is 4 minutes from the main street. The attitude towards tourists is good, there are cafes and shops nearby where you can eat local food inexpensively. In general, the hotel is good for a stay for several days, taking into account the fact that you are planning intense leisure time and not sitting in your room.

This hotel is very special to me, first i saw bad reviews on internet but then i decided to give it a try. This is not the ordinary luxurious hotel that you go to. It has a special ambiance and very cozy taste. It is renovated but at the same time it preserves the old charactere. The rooms are so clean. The location is 3 min walking distance from Istiklal street. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Plus we got a special treatment on valentines day. We found a bottle of wine and flowers in our room. This hotel takes 5 stars from, and i highly recomend it, specially if u wanna save money for shopping ☺️☺️☺️
