I didn't like the breakfasts, they've gotten worse, there are no desserts, there's not always an omelet. The staff doesn't keep the tables clean and there are no napkins.

The experience was great. Staff was super helpful and passionate. They even gave us leaflets about attractions and tours nearby with detailed explanations. Would recommend!!

Худший отель из 7 приездов в Стамбул. Не понимаю почему такой высокий рейтинг у него. Персонал одет был неряшливо ( грязная белая рубашка, запах пота и неприветливое лицо). В номере 404 нет стула, грязные стены, между стеной и кроватью еле проходили, в ванной комнате нет дверцы в кабинке, вместо ручки на ящике гвоздь и ужасный запах сигарет в номере. Окна выходят во двор, где сильная пыль от стройки, которая идёт по соседству. С 8 утра начинают работать на стройке. Сразу попросил переселить в другой номер, сотрудники возмущались и бурчали, поднялись посмотреть в номер что не так. После этого переселили. В номер 304 номер лучше, но выглядит сильно изношенным. Не рекомендую ездить в этот отель.

My partner and I have just returned from a trip to Istanbul and we stayed in the HHK Hotel Downtown. The level of customer service we received from Orhan, Erdogan and Ahmet was truly five-star. Every request was met with promptness and professionalism, and their attention to detail was impeccable. They were always ready to assist us with any questions with a friendly attitude, making us feel right at home. Their local knowledge and willingness and organising a tour of the city help made our trip even more enjoyable. The hotel's rooms were clean, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The location was perfectly situated with its close proximity to the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque with easy access to all the major attractions. Overall, our stay in Istanbul was nothing short of perfect. The combination of the city's rich history, vibrant culture, and the outstanding hospitality we received made this trip unforgettable. I highly recommend visiting Istanbul and staying at this wonderful hotel. You won't be disappointed!

Персонал плохо говорит на английском. Вода в душевой плохо смывается. На окне отсутствовала штора - а напротив жили какие-то рабочие, при этом персонал и не думал решать проблему. В первый день не додали полотенца. Местоположение хорошее, но вокруг есть ещё куча отелей, где вы хотя бы сможете спокойно переодеться в номере.
