The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was good, close to Sultanahmet station and not too hilly. However, both outlets next to the bed were broken, so the charger didn't work at all. The only outlet that worked was in the bathroom, so I brought an extension cord and used that to charge my phone. I told the front desk that it was broken, and they said they would come and fix it tomorrow, but it wasn't fixed yet.

Hotel in an absolutely prime location! All the sights and the bazaar are within walking distance! The tram is also only 2 minutes away.
The staff is super friendly and helpful wherever possible.
Our room was clean and well-equipped, but a bit too small and cramped.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with very limited selection and some of the food not being that fresh.
But you can otherwise get a very good breakfast nearby.
Very good value for money, a great hotel in a prime location!
