The hospitality of this hotel is top-notch especially by reception and housekeeping. The hotel gives you a classic luxury vibes. The reception that welcomed us gave us a room with wonderful views. Main attractions like Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar are just within walking distance. Highly recommended!

A great hotel in a excellent location easy walk to blue mosque,grand bazar, hagia Sofia and topkapi palace.
Rooms were clean and tidy and staff were very friendly.
It has a 6th floor restaurant with amazing views of Istanbul and its attractions
The only negative was the room I stayed in had an issue with the thermostat making the room very hot however leaving the window open made it bearable to be fair the hotel did offer another room the next day.

The hotel staff are super polite and clean every day. The hotel is spacious and I slept very well after staying there for 6 days. The location is near the tram station, so you can just walk a short distance with your luggage. The roads in the old city are all made of uneven stone bricks. There are many ups and downs on the road, so you have to consider this when looking for a hotel.
The hotel is located near important attractions. Buy an Istanbul E-pass and you can travel freely.
We had a buffet breakfast on the top floor of the hotel. The food was simple, but we could see the Sophia mosque and the blue mosque, and there were many seagulls flying around. It was very relaxing and relaxing.
Overall, Sulthanhan hotel is a very good value hotel. It is worth recommending. I will come again. I must book this hotel through trip.com. The price/performance ratio is first-class.

Worst customer service ever ! My trip was cancelled one day and I called the hotel to reschedule but they were very disrespectful and did not want to make the change. They even changed me the full reservation and don’t care about my problems. Please, stay away from this hotel !
