The hotel took our personal belongings without our consent. We booked a standard twin room, but the hotel arranged a triple room for us when we checked in. The next day, the room was booked for other guests. We were traveling and the hotel arranged for someone to move our luggage, which made a mess of our things. They had no respect for guests at all. I have never encountered such an unreasonable hotel!

Very good location near to Goreme town within walking distance. Clean accommodation with excellent breakfast. The view from terrace is breathtaking with the company from cutie cat. Very good shower pressure and heater in the room. the only cons is the road to the hotel is bit uphill and dark.

The location is very good, close to public transportation. There is a restaurant downstairs. If you live on a lower floor, it will be noisy and there will be a bit of food smell.
The room is not large and the lighting is dim. The bathroom is an area that I am not satisfied with. The rubber strips in the shower and the scale on the shower head are obvious, and the space is small and it is difficult to store things.
The service staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Although the breakfast variety is not many, it is delicious~
