I could see the Blue Mosque from the window of the room I stayed in. But I could also hear the prayer songs coming from before dawn. It was a bit noisy. On the first night, the toilet in my room had a door due to structural problems. It opened to the outdoors. But the sealing was very poor, and the toilet was as cold as an ice cellar. I talked to the staff and changed the room. But the air conditioner in this room was broken, and the temperature was not high even with the heater. It was still cold. The staff told me that it was too late and could only be solved the next day. I couldn't sleep all night. It was not until ten o'clock the next day that another staff member came and solved the problem for me. I changed to a room with a normal toilet, air conditioner, and heater. After returning to China, I complained to Ctrip. Ctrip refunded me half of the room fee for the first night. Although I was not very satisfied, I didn't want to deal with it anymore. The hotel has four floors at the top. There is no elevator. The staff will help with the luggage.

Excellent location. Close to major attractions and public transport (tram, train and Marmaray).
All the staff we met are very friendly and accommodating especially Edris, Leila and others.
A small hotel in an old building with character. However as with many of the old buildings it does not have an elevator. Our room was on the 5th (top) floor. Not an issue if you are fit and can walk up the stairs. The hotel is also a slight uphill walk.
Breakfast was very good with a very reasonable selection of cheeses, hot / cold dishes choice of beverages and even Turkish tea and coffee.

I stayed in a standard single room for 4 nights.
The hotel is located in the center of the Sultanahme district, yet the price is very reasonable and the rooms are clean.
All the staff were friendly to me.
The facilities are basic, but there were no defects and I had no problems.
It would have been better if there was a chair, even if it was small, in the room.

It says that slippers, bottled water, electronic water bottles, and clothes hangers are provided, but are they in the common areas? Will they be given to you if you ask the staff? I don't know. Anyway, they weren't in the room we stayed in.
The overall cleanliness is good, but there is a noticeable stain on the comforter.
The staff's attitude is good, I have no complaints.
