The hotel is generally nice but we asked for half an hour for late check-out and I said that there was cold water. The technical service said that they were currently doing maintenance on the water and that we should take a shower before 12 o'clock. The lady at the reception spoke to us as if this was not our problem. The gentleman who gave us our room was a respectful gentleman.

A Wonderful Stay at ARACH Hotel Harbiye – Highly Recommended
My fiancée and I recently stayed at ARACH Hotel Harbiye in Şişli, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by warm, smiling staff who made us feel genuinely welcome.
The standout for us was definitely our room—it was spacious, beautifully designed, and had such a cozy, relaxing atmosphere that we found ourselves wanting to spend more time there than we expected. It felt like a little retreat in the heart of the city.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and attentive. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety and was clearly made with care.
Overall, ARACH Hotel Harbiye gave us a memorable, comfortable, and romantic experience. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely spot in Istanbul.
