We got the family room for 3 nights.
The hotel is ＜ 5 mins walk from Taksim station and the high street. Very convenient!
The first room we had, the shower was missing a door and the tv wasn’t working. The staff tried to fixed the tv but unsuccessfully, and they changed our room the next day.
Staff are super helpful and able to assist for our trip, such as direction, recommendations, contacting other hotels, contacting card rental etc.
We enjoyed our stay, thank you~
